Dear Alpaugh Unified School District Families and Students,

Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! As we embark on this new academic journey together, I am excited to extend my warmest greetings to our returning families and a heartfelt welcome to those who are new to our district. It is with great enthusiasm that we look forward to another year of growth, learning, and success.

Our dedicated team of educators, staff, and administrators has been working diligently over the summer to prepare for the upcoming school year. We are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every student can thrive. Our goal is to inspire a lifelong love of learning, foster creativity, and ensure that each student reaches their full potential.

This year, we are introducing several new programs and initiatives designed to enhance the educational experience for all our students. From innovative technology in the classroom to expanded extracurricular activities and support services, we are dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of our student body. We encourage you to stay informed and involved by attending school events, joining parent-teacher organizations, and maintaining open communication with your child’s teachers and school staff.

We understand that the partnership between home and school is vital to the success of our students. As such, we are committed to fostering strong relationships with our families and the community. We value your input and welcome your active participation in your child’s education. Together, we can create a supportive and enriching environment that empowers our students to achieve their goals. 

Please look for notices for our upcoming Back-to-School Night in August, where you will have the opportunity to meet teachers, tour the campus, and learn more about the exciting year ahead. We look forward to seeing you there and working together throughout the year to ensure a positive and productive experience for all.

Estimadas familias y estudiantes del Distrito Escolar Unificado de Alpaugh:

¡Bienvenidos al año escolar 2024-2025! Mientras nos embarcamos juntos en este nuevo viaje académico, me complace extender mis más cordiales saludos a nuestras familias que regresan y una cordial bienvenida a aquellos que son nuevos en nuestro distrito. Con gran entusiasmo esperamos otro año de crecimiento, aprendizaje y éxito.

Nuestro dedicado equipo de educadores, personal y administradores ha estado trabajando diligentemente durante el verano para prepararse para el próximo año escolar. Estamos comprometidos a brindar un entorno seguro, enriquecedor y estimulante donde cada estudiante pueda prosperar. Nuestro objetivo es inspirar un amor por el aprendizaje para toda la vida, fomentar la creatividad y garantizar que cada estudiante alcance su máximo potencial.

Este año, presentamos varios programas e iniciativas nuevos diseñados para mejorar la experiencia educativa de todos nuestros estudiantes. Desde tecnología innovadora en el aula hasta actividades  extracurriculares ampliadas y servicios de apoyo, estamos dedicados a satisfacer las diversas necesidades de nuestro alumnado. Lo alentamos a mantenerse informado e involucrado asistiendo a eventos escolares, uniéndose a organizaciones de padres y maestros y manteniendo una comunicación abierta con los maestros y el personal escolar de su hijo.

Entendemos que la asociación entre el hogar y la escuela es vital para el éxito de nuestros estudiantes. Como tal, estamos comprometidos a fomentar relaciones sólidas con nuestras familias y la comunidad.  Valoramos su opinión y agradecemos su participación activa en la educación de su hijo. Juntos, podemos crear un entorno enriquecedor y de apoyo que capacite a nuestros estudiantes para lograr sus
objetivos.

Busque los avisos de nuestra próxima Noche de Regreso a Clases en agosto, donde tendrá la oportunidad de conocer a los maestros, recorrer el campus y aprender más sobre el emocionante año que se avecina. Esperamos verlo allí y trabajar juntos durante todo el año para garantizar una experiencia positiva y productiva para todos.

This year is particularly special for me as it marks my tenth year serving in this incredible school district. Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of witnessing the growth, achievements, and successes of our students and staff. It has been an honor to work alongside such a dedicated and talented group of educators and to be a part of a community that consistently supports and nurtures our students.

Our commitment to providing a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment remains unwavering. This year, we are excited to introduce new programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing the educational experience and fostering a culture of curiosity and excellence. Our teachers have been hard at work over the summer, preparing engaging and innovative lessons that will challenge and inspire our students.

I encourage all parents and guardians to stay actively involved in our school community. ¡Bienvenidos a un nuevo y emocionante año escolar en Alpaugh! Espero que todos hayan tenido un verano agradable y relajante, lleno de momentos memorables con familiares y amigos. Al embarcarnos en este nuevo año académico, estoy encantado de que nuestros pasillos y aulas vuelvan a cobrar vida con la energía y el entusiasmo de nuestros estudiantes y personal.

Este año es particularmente especial para mí ya que marca mi décimo año de servicio en este increíble distrito escolar. Durante la última década, he tenido el privilegio de presenciar el crecimiento, los logros y los éxitos de nuestros estudiantes y personal. Ha sido un honor trabajar junto a un grupo de educadores tan dedicados y talentosos y ser parte de una comunidad que apoya y nutre constantemente a nuestros estudiantes.

Nuestro compromiso de proporcionar un entorno de aprendizaje seguro, inclusivo y estimulante sigue siendo inquebrantable.
