Welcome to the 2025-2026 School Year

We are pleased to announce that Alpaugh Unified School District is participating in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) under the National School and School Breakfast Programs for the 2023-2027 school years.  All students enrolled at Alpaugh Unified are entitled to receive a healthy breakfast and lunch at no cost each day.

SUN Bucks Information

Summer EBT (SUN Bucks) is a permanent program that helps families with school-age children buy groceries during the summer months when kids might not have access to school meals. This food program provides families $40 per month for food in June, July, and August ($120 total) when children do not have access to school meals.

Most children who qualify for free or reduced-price school meals through a school meal application or Universal Benefits Application, or get CalFresh, CalWORKs, and/or Medi-Cal, are automatically enrolled. Children in foster care, and/or identified as experiencing homelessness are also categorically eligible and are automatically enrolled. Some children may need to sign up. If you need to fill out a Universal Benefits Application, please contact the school office.

For more information regarding SUN bucks, please visit www.cdss.ca.gov/SUNBucks.

For cardholder assistance, the SUN Bucks helpline is available at (877) 328-9677.
