Welcome Back to the 2025–26 School Year!

Dear Alpaugh Unified School District Families, Students, and Community,

It is with great enthusiasm that I welcome you to the 2025–26 school year at Alpaugh Unified School District! Whether you are returning or joining us for the first time, thank you for being part of our close-knit and forward-looking community—one that is deeply committed to helping every student thrive.

This summer, our dedicated team worked tirelessly to prepare our campuses for the year ahead. From newly updated classrooms and refreshed facilities to new technology installations and improved safety measures, our schools are ready to welcome students back. I want to give a heartfelt thank you to our incredible custodial, maintenance, food services, and business office teams for their hard work and dedication.

As we move into the new year, Alpaugh Unified remains focused on empowering students with the knowledge and tools they need for lifelong success. This year, we are proud to pursue our commitment to financial literacy education across all grade levels—equipping students with the real-world skills they need to make informed decisions about money, savings, and future planning.

Additionally, we are continuing our College and Career Pathways, ensuring students have access to rigorous academics, hands-on learning, and meaningful opportunities to explore future careers. Whether students plan to attend college, enter the workforce, or pursue a trade, our goal is to help each of them chart a path with purpose and confidence.

We are also excited to continue:

• Maintain our focus across all schools to foster strong, supportive relationships;
• Offering AVID at every high school grade level and Middle School to build college readiness and academic skills;
• Providing enriching field trips, leadership opportunities, and extracurriculars that promote student engagement;
• Strengthening family and community with partnerships through our Community Schools Grant and Save the Children.

To our families—thank you for your trust and continued partnership. To our students—know that we believe in you, we are here for you, and we can’t wait to see what you’ll achieve this year.

¡Bienvenidos de nuevo al año escolar 2025-26!

Estimadas familias, estudiantes y comunidad del Distrito Escolar Unificado de Alpaugh:

Con gran entusiasmo les doy la bienvenida al año escolar 2025-26 en el Distrito Escolar Unificado de Alpaugh. Ya sea que regresen o se unan a nosotros por primera vez, gracias por formar parte de nuestra comunidad unida y progresista, profundamente comprometida con el desarrollo de cada estudiante.

Este verano, nuestro dedicado equipo trabajó incansablemente para preparar nuestros campus para el año escolar. Desde aulas recientemente renovadas e instalaciones renovadas hasta nuevas instalaciones tecnológicas y medidas de seguridad mejoradas, nuestras escuelas están listas para recibir a los estudiantes de regreso. Quiero agradecer sinceramente a nuestros increíbles equipos de conserjería, mantenimiento, servicios de alimentación y administración por su arduo trabajo y dedicación.

También estamos entusiasmados de continuar:

• Mantener nuestro enfoque en todas las escuelas para fomentar relaciones sólidas y de apoyo;
• Ofrenda ÁVIDO en cada nivel de escuela secundaria y escuela intermedia para desarrollar la preparación universitaria y las habilidades académicas;
• Ofrecer excursiones enriquecedoras, oportunidades de liderazgo y actividades extracurriculares que promuevan la participación de los estudiantes;

Dear Buffalo Family,

Welcome back to a brand-new school year! I hope your summer was filled with rest, quality time with loved ones, and joyful memories. As we begin the 2025–2026 school year, I’m filled with optimism and excitement for what lies ahead.

I continue to be deeply honored to serve this amazing community. Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand the strength, heart, and resilience that define Alpaugh. Whether it’s cheering on our students at events, celebrating academic milestones, or simply coming together in support of one another, Alpaugh is a place where people care, and that makes all the difference.

As we look ahead, we do so with a clear commitment: to provide every student with an excellent education in a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment. We will continue to build a culture that values hard work, kindness, and high expectations, both in and out of the classroom.
